Your Mission
As a Structured Finance Expert, you will lead the origination, structuring and execution of complex financing transactions for acquisition, leveraged buyouts (LBO), management buyouts (MBO), growth financing and refinancing projects. You will also play a key role in developing debt syndication capabilities and maintaining relationships with sponsors, investors and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and execute Structured Finance transactions across the Luxembourg market.
- Structure acquisition finance, LBO, MBO and growth financing solutions.
- Lead financial modelling, credit analysis and transaction execution.
- Negotiate financing documentation, including Facility Agreements, Intercreditor Agreements and security packages.
- Prepare and defend credit memoranda before internal credit committees.
- Manage loan syndication processes and coordinate with banking partners and institutional investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with Private Equity firms, corporate clients, advisors and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal processes.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance, Structured Lending or Corporate Finance within a bank, debt fund or advisory firm.
- Strong track record in originating and executing complex financing transactions.
- Proven experience in debt syndication and lender coordination.
- Excellent understanding of LMA documentation, financial modelling and credit analysis.
- Exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital and growth financing environments.
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg financial market.
- CFA, CAIA or equivalent certifications are considered an asset.
- Fluent French and English are mandatory. Luxembourgish and/or German would be considered an advantage.
