Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, client contracts and service provider arrangements.
- Provide legal and regulatory advice on matters affecting investment funds and financial services activities.
- Support governance, compliance and data protection initiatives across the organisation.
- Work closely with operational, risk, oversight and onboarding teams on legal and regulatory matters.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business activities.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of internal policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Requirements
- Admission to the Bar in Luxembourg or another European Union jurisdiction.
- LL.M. in Law or equivalent postgraduate legal qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience gained within a law firm, management company, asset manager, financial institution or Big Four environment.
- Strong expertise in investment funds and financial services regulation.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

- Additional European languages.
- Experience working with international fund structures.
- Exposure to governance, compliance or regulatory change projects.
- Knowledge of data protection and broader financial services regulatory frameworks.
