Quest Human Capital is supporting a leading international professional services firm in Luxembourg in their search for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their HR Operations team.

The Role
You will join a well-established Payroll & Benefits team, playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of payroll and employee benefits processes.
This position goes beyond pure execution: you will act as a reliable point of contact for both employees and internal stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in both standard and complex cases
- Support and advise employees and HR colleagues on payroll-related matters
- Act as a reference point within the team, with exposure to coordination responsibilities
- Contribute to monthly and annual HR cycles (payroll runs, reporting, audits, system updates)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support ongoing HR projects
- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness towards internal stakeholders
Must-Have Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAP or similar HR systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
